How to Get Bikini – Ready Countdown Day

Do you have this experience whether you have a month or you only have a day, you want look better in bikini? Let Vee intro fitness expert David Kirsch shows you how with his ultimate bikini-body countdown. Follow his tips in different time to get better look.

1 Month:
Kick-start your bikini countdown by beginning to follow my Ultimate New York Body Plan diet tips: stick to my A, B, C’s – no Alcohol, Bread or processed Carbs. I would also recommend eating minimal amounts of fruit, which contains sugar and can cause bloat, and dairy, which can also cause bloating. Stick to lean proteins and dark, leafy green vegetables like spinach, and legumes such as lentils.

Next, incorporate one of my circuit workouts into your routine. Aim to incorporate moves that target all of the areas that will be on display in your bikini – so, pretty much everything: abs, shoulders, chest, glutes, arms, legs and hamstrings. You should aim to do 15-20 reps of each move, and repeat for a total of 3 full cycles through the circuit.

Some moves I recommend are side squats with medicine wood chop, jumping jacks with shoulder presses, sumo lunges with medicine ball, sumo lunges with side kicks and frog jumps, crossover lunges with bicep curls and stability ball tucks, depending on the amount of time you have and your fitness level. Aim to do 30-45 minutes of activity 5-6 days a week.

1 week:
Keep following my A, B, C’s and circuit workouts. Eliminate dairy and fruit aside from berries. Add in some focused ab exercises like stability ball hand-offs, scissors, and planks if you’re feeling insecure about your stomach being exposed. Many people also swear by drinking green tea to blast belly fat.
