Creating your own signature drink is a fun way to incorporate some additional personal flair into your cocktail hour. The GREY GOOSE La Poire Peartini
- 2 parts GREY GOOSE La Poire pear-flavoured vodka
- 1/4 part DISARONNO liqueur
- 3/4 parts simple syrup
- 3/4 parts lemon juice
- 1 thin pear slice
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a pear slice.
- 1 oz. Carolans Irish cream
- 1 oz. Jameson Irish whiskey
- Hot coffee
Pour the Irish cream and whiskey into an Irish coffee mug and top with hot coffee.
Fancy something a bit sweeter? Add whipped cream, pouring gently over a spoon. Enjoy while piping hot.
- 1.5 oz ABSOLUT Orient Apple vodka
- 3 oz. cranberry juice
- 3 oz. ginger ale
Add ABSOLUT Orient Apple and cranberry juice into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with ginger ale.
- 1 1/2 oz. Wiser’s De Luxe whiskey
- 3/4 oz. sweet vermouth
- Dash of bitters
- 1 Maraschino cherry
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Wiser’s De Luxe, sweet vermouth and a dash of bitters. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with a few ice cubes. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
- 2 oz. PROOF rum
- 4 oz. apple cider
- 1 oz. maple syrup
- 1 oz. lemon juice
Add all of the ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into Collins glass and garnish with apple slices.
- 1 oz. Kahlúa (or Kahlúa Peppermint Mocha)
- 1 oz. ABSOLUT vodka
- 1 oz. freshly brewed espresso or strong black coffee
Add the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, including hot coffee or espresso. Shake vigorously to chill and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a coffee bean.
